The beloved name her dad called her since childhood became the inspiration for Betsy Bleu Designs, a little creative corner where Beth could share something she's always loved: making things by hand.

Born and raised on a farm, Beth grew up with a love of creating, learning and lending a hand. Her mother seemingly contributed the creative gene. Beth loved watching her draw, sew, bake, and create things that made the people around her feel special.

Beth spent years teaching first graders, raising her son and building a career in the corporate world, and somehow always found time to make something along the way.

Today, from her home studio in Morton, Illinois, Beth gets to follow that creative spark a little more freely. Her and her husband enjoy spending time together in nature where she finds peace and inspiration for her creations.
